I designed this for those who loves the old vintage victorian style blouse. This black Edwardian blouse has a high ruffles collar neckline with button enclosure on the back of the neck. Short sleeves with flounce detailing. A fit and flare silhouette. It has a beautiful intricate white lace floral pattern print. A sweet feminine piece.
